Finance and Administrative Manager

Location : Frankfurt am Main | Fulltime | Unlimited

Finance (75%)

• Oversight of the Finance & HR Department, including direct management of one team member and reporting directly to the CFO France.
• Preparation of monthly cash flow forecasts to support financial planning.
• In-depth analysis of the Balance Sheet and Profit & Loss accounts to provide insights and performance commentary.
• Full responsibility for VAT declarations and compliance.
• Management of intercompany reconciliations, bank postings, and timely vendor payments.
• Continuous monitoring of customer receivables and proactive follow-up to ensure timely collections.
• Processing and settlement of employee travel expenses claims.
• Asset accounting and maintenance of the fixed asset register.
• Providing cross-functional administrative and operational support within the Finance department.
• Preparation of monthly, quarterly, and annual financial reports in accordance with IFRS and HGB standards.
• Contribution to the annual budgeting process.

Human Resources (25%)

• Drafting employment contracts, preparing documentation, and coordinating employee onboarding processes.
• Maintaining and regularly updating the employee database to ensure accuracy and compliance.
• Ensuring adherence to labor law regulations and internal HR policies.
• Providing comprehensive administrative and operational support across various HR functions.

Professional Experience / Qualifications

• Minimum 10 years of relevant experience in Finance and HR related activities.
• Solid understanding of Value Added Tax and accounting principles under HGB and IFRS.
• Proficient in MS Office, especially Excel; familiarity with ERP systems.
• Fluent in German and proficient in English.
