• In your role, you will lead and coordinate our two Shared Service Centers in India with over 60 dedicated employees and continuously develop new process improvements
• You will manage end-to-end processes in the areas of Procure-to-Pay (Accounts Payable) and Order-to-Cash (Accounts Receivable), ensuring high-quality sub-ledger accounting
• With your operational expertise, you actively monitor day-to-day business and intervene where necessary – ensuring high-quality sub-ledger accounting across the Group
• Together with our BPO partner, you will drive the standardization and optimization of processes
• Close collaboration with all stakeholders of the end-to-end streams at the Remscheid headquarters, local countries / NSCs, and finance directors in all countries will be part of your daily business
• You will oversee the correct invoicing of BPO services and coordinate contract changes
• As part of change management, you will shape the strategic development of outsourced services and identify opportunities for centralization and outsourcing
• You will regularly report process improvements and relevant KPIs directly to the Vaillant Group top management

• Degree in business administration, finance, or a comparable field, as well as solid knowledge of accounting (Accounts Receivable / Accounts Payable) and IFRS
• Several years of experience in managing Shared Service Centers or BPO projects in an international environment
• Expertise in process and project management, including SAP (FI / CO / SD / MM / RPA) and methodologies such as Lean
• Leadership experience with decentralized, international teams and intercultural collaboration
• Stress resilience and composure: you keep an overview even in complex situations, act solution-oriented, and manage errors professionally
• Strategic thinking combined with strong operational execution – you master the balance between detailed work and management
