Managing Director (m/f/d)

• Leadership and management of the organisation with a clear focus on strategy and implementation, as well as full P&L responsibility
• Responsibility for sales activities and customer management in our sales organisation, with a focus on successful tenders, risk management and personal participation in negotiations at decision-makers level
• Responsibility for efficiency, quality and delivery reliability as well as continuous optimization of processes accordingly
• Steering and supporting change processes for the sustainable successful alignment of the company
• Continuous development and advancement of the management team
• Internal and external representation of the company with an intercultural and international focus

• Management experience in a comparable position, ideally in a medium-sized manufacturing company with a focus on electronics
• Professional experience in the result-oriented and key figure-based management of business units
• Proven success in implementing digitalization projects and change processes
• Strong strategic and entrepreneurial mindset as well as comprehensive commercial know-how
• Analytical and dynamic approach
• Open minded for new ideas, strong communication skills and assertiveness
