Aufgaben

• Develop and implement annual marketing communications strategy for Henkel Adhesive Technologies' Automotive Components business in Europe
• Position Henkel as thought leader at key industry events and in key automotive industry media across Europe
• Ensure professional presence at key trade shows and track professionally customer leads
• Closely collaborate with regional sales and the regional leadership team
• Support internal communication activities for Europe (e.g. Townhall), lead the Newsletter
• Measure and report return on invest (ROI) of events and regional campaigns
• Manage and ensure effective use of regional marketing budget

Profil

• Bachelor's or Master's degree in Marketing, Communications or a related field
• Minimum of 5-7 years experience as marketing or communications manager, with focus on B2B - ideally in the Automotive industry
• Strong project and budget management skills
• A proactive "can do"-attitude with the ability to work independently and as part of a global team in a multicultural environment
• Fluent English and German language skills
