• Take responsibility for the planning, implementation and optimization of purchasing processes (focus on direct purchasing) within the Purchase-to-Pay (P2P) cycle as well as the IT landscape to support our divisional goals and set new standards
• Lead exciting projects to improve the efficiency and effectiveness of our procurement department, including change management to successfully implement new processes and systems
• As part of the Digital Process World Team (DPW), you will work on the optimization and transformation of the purchasing processes into the new SAP S/4HANA world
• Lead exciting projects to improve the efficiency and effectiveness of our procurement department, including change management to successfully implement new processes and systems
• Develop and implement best practices in procurement that strengthen our competitiveness
• Design, train and support our procurement and P2P teams in new processes and tools to maximize their success
• Create impactful reports and presentations to track progress and measure results, making our successes visible

• Degree in business administration, supply chain management or a related field
• Several years of experience in purchasing, P2P and supply chain management
• Sound experience with purchasing software and tools
• Strong expertise in SAP S/4HANA and P2P process optimization
• Proven experience in project management, including change management and process optimization
• Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills
• Strong communication and teamwork skills, coupled with a passion for collaboration
• Business-fluent in German and English
