PRODUCT MANAGER COMPONENTS - Join us as our new product manager!

• Lead indirectly a cross-disciplinary international team
• You are the technical ear at the customer, the listener who captures, evaluates, reflects, and appropriately channels customer preferences into the company as clearly as possible.
• Accompanying and managing product development is the core task, whether within the framework of the product lifecycle or in new developments.
• You question economic viability and decide accordingly which steps should be taken and which not.
• Strategic market observation, benchmarking, as well as innovation management are important parts of your task.
• You are also the proactive internal interface to departments such as R&D, Engineering, Sales, and Service, to ultimately turn customer ideas and impulses into real innovations.
• Achieving customer satisfaction and strengthening customer loyalty is our common task.
• You´ll be at the forefront of innovation, stand in the spotlights and you´ll like it.

• Degree in Physics, Electrical Engineering or Mechatronics or comparable field
• Several years of experience in the mechanical field at a cutting-edge level
• Experience in the vacuum coating environment is a big plus
• Background in application or product management or expertise in technical sales / field application engineering (FAE) with the mentioned background is very interesting for us
• You have an entrepreneurial mindset, i.e., you also look at topics from an economic/business perspective (business thinking)
• Experience in indirect leadership or leadership skills are required
• You are a listener, and you want to understand customer preferences and to transfer them internally as closely as possible "1:1".
• You like to act in an interface function and be the first point of contact for the customers of the project, right?
• Strong communication skills at all levels, proactivity, and networking qualities complete your profile.
• Absolute customer- and solution orientation is a must.
• English and German at conversational level are important.
• openness to travel up to a maximum of 30%, possibly also in blocks
