For our Customer Project Management Team we are looking for you as a

Mandarin Speaking Project Manager and Solution Consultant (m/w/d)

• A fixed-term position for 24 months in our Project Management Office
• Projects in the areas of product digitalization and brand protection
• Manage projects from the first customer contact until the solution is rolled out
• Work closely with the sales team and the potential customer to find the best solution
• Be responsible for all aspects of the solution and its implementation
• Manage third party contractors for production line modifications or IT services
• Provide specification documents for production and for the customer
• Support Marketing and R&D in the development of new products
• Projects which will interface with IT, Marketing, R&D, Supply Chain and Production
• National and international travelling of 1-4 days per month in average

• Fluent in Mandarin Chinese and English, German is a plus
• A technical or scientific background combined with an affinity to marketing and sales
• Project management or consulting experience of min. 3 years
• Readiness to handle multiple projects at the same time
• Experience in managing software development projects
• A track record of working in customer projects
• The ability to find out what a customer needs, not only what the customer wants
• The motivation to bridge the gap between customer requirements and an economically producible solution
• The ability to think economically and to prioritize
• A solution focused, constructive attitude
• A high level of motivation to make things work
• The ability to self-reflect and to adapt working methods
