In this position, you will play a key role in ensuring the quality of our web applications through targeted testing, smart automation, and close collaboration with development and product management. You will take ownership of sustainable QA standards and contribute to the continuous improvement of our development processes.

How you'll make an impact

• Close collaboration with Scrum teams to ensure high-quality releases throughout the entire SCRUM lifecycle
• Analysis of product and business requirements and translation into clear and effective test scenarios
• Execution of manual and automated tests, including component, integration, and system testing
• Independent design, implementation, and maintenance of test automation frameworks
• Creation, maintenance, and documentation of regression tests and regression suites using modern test management tools
• Analysis, reproduction, and coordination of the resolution of defects and dependencies
• Preparation of test reports, monitoring of test results, and continuous quality improvement
• Close collaboration with development, product management, and business testers, including support of User Acceptance Testing (UAT)
• Active contribution to the continuous improvement of QA processes and standards and support in the analysis of customer issues

• A degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or a comparable qualification or professional experience
• Several years of hands-on experience (approx. 5 years) in Quality Assurance, particularly in testing modern web applications
• Solid knowledge of manual and automated testing methods and agile development practices (SDLC)
• Experience with UI and API test automation (e.g. Playwright, Newman, JUnit, Vitest) for React and Node.js applications
• Confident use of test management tools (e.g. Xray, TestRail, Zephyr) and the Atlassian stack (Jira, Confluence, Bitbucket)
• Practical experience with CI/CD pipelines, version control (Git), and monitoring/build tools (e.g. Jenkins, Bitbucket Runner, Datadog)
• Strong quality mindset, proactive attitude, and the ability to establish best practices within the team
• Very good English skills (written and spoken); German is a plus
