• Build exceptional on-platform solutions: Design, implement, and maintain high-quality Salesforce solutions using LWC, Aura, Apex, and Flows.
• Lead Apex by excellence: Apply strong OOP, clean architecture, testability, and performance in mind.

Profil

• Experienced Salesforce professional: You bring 5+ years of hands-on development in enterprise environments and deliver measurable impact.
• Technical decision-maker: Advanced in Flows and strong in Apex/OOP, selecting the right approach (Flow vs. Apex vs. Configuration) for scalable, maintainable solutions.
• Modern tech mindset: You have proven experience with LWC and Apex, deep understanding of component lifecycle, reactivity, and performance.
• Security by default: You have solid understanding of Salesforce security and sharing model and are able to design for least privilege and compliance.
• Integration-ready: You connect Salesforce to external systems via REST/SOAP, OAuth, and named/external credentials reliably.
• Built for scale: You respect governor limits and apply best practices in bulkification, transactions, async, and error handling.
• Delivery with discipline: You work fluently with Git (branching, PRs, conflict resolution); CI/CD for Salesforce is a plus.
• Clear and collaborative communicator: You work effectively across teams, communicate in English; German skills are a plus.
• Bonus skills: Salesforce certifications (PD I/II), experience with Managed Packages, Platform Events, and Data Loader/ETL.
