YOUR NEW CAREER

As part of AP Sensing, you will immerse yourself in a fascinating world: Together we take measurement technology to the limits of physics. We use fiber optic cables as sensors and build measuring devices and software that measure temperatures and acoustic signals along the fiber with meter precision.

• You further develop the core firmware of our products – with a focus on performance, stability, and future readiness.
• You keep our real-time operating system up to date and handle migrations to the latest versions.
• You proactively identify necessary updates and implement them independently

• You hold a degree in computer science or a comparable qualification.
• You have already gained at least 3 years of professional experience - ideally in embedded systems - after completing your studies.
• You're familiar with real-time operating systems like Windriver VxWorks.
• C/C++ is your language – especially for low-level, hardware-related programming.
• You quickly find your way around complex codebases and work in a structured manner.
• You're familiar with IT security concepts and best practices.
• You enjoy taking responsibility in interdisciplinary engineering teams.
• You communicate confidently in both German and English.
• You're eager to grow – through hands-on experience and targeted training.
• Bonus: You have experience with VHDL and FPGA programming.
