We're a ~20-person core team with only 4 engineers today, giving you real ownership and leverage from day one.

• Build and ship features end-to-end - from database to frontend.
• Own parts of the product and make architectural decisions that matter.
• Improve performance and reliability across our core systems.
• Work closely with product and design to turn real workflows into simple software.

• Professional experience building and shipping production-ready web applications.
• Strong skills in TypeScript, React, and Node.js (or comparable modern stacks).
• Ability to own features end-to-end, from idea to implementation to production.
• Solid understanding of modern web architecture (APIs, state management, data flows).
• High ownership and autonomy - you make decisions and ship without hand-holding.
