• Organizing, managing, and coordinating electronic documents throughout their lifecycle
• Ensuring timely delivery of project-specific documentation to clients
• Maintaining and updating metadata and document sets in digital systems
• Supporting documentation processes in coordination meetings
• Training teams on project-specific documentation requirements
• Structuring and implementing uniform documentation standards
• Providing insights and data for progress evaluations

• Completed technical or commercial training, or a degree in economics or a related field
• 4+ years' experience in in a similar document management role, ideally on large-scale projects
• Proven experience in documentation, administration, or document control
• Strong IT skills with proficiency in Microsoft Office and document management systems
• Fluent in English, German language skills are a plus
• Experience of working within a Project site environment is a plus
• High social competence, strong communication, and a proactive mindset
