Technischer Leiter im Cano Singen (m/f/d)

Deine Aufgaben:

• Du sorgst für einen reibungslosen Betriebsablauf im Shopping-Center Cano Singen (CAS) und führst ein engagiertes Team technischer Mitarbeitender.
• Zudem planst und steuerst du Budgets, Wartungs- und Baumaßnahmen sowie Auftragsarbeiten und behältst dabei stets den Überblick. Auch die Einhaltung der Hausordnung liegt in deinem Verantwortungsbereich.
• Du pflegst enge, vertrauensvolle Beziehungen zu Mietern, Behörden und Fremdfirmen.
• Als zentrale Ansprechperson für alle technischen Themen vertrittst du den Center Manager bei dessen Abwesenheit.
• Außerdem trägst du in deiner Funktion als Brandschutzbeauftragter Verantwortung für die Sicherheit im Shopping-Center.

Dein Profil:

• Du hast ein Studium im Bereich Facility- oder Immobilienmanagement bzw. Wirtschaftsingenieurwesen erfolgreich abgeschlossen oder bist alternativ Meister mit entsprechender Qualifikation.
• Darüber hinaus bringst du mindestens drei Jahre Berufserfahrung in leitender Funktion im Facility Management mit, vorzugsweise im Einzelhandel.
• Idealerweise hast du zudem Weiterbildungen in technischen Bereichen wie Überwachungssystemen, Steuerungs- und Regeltechnik oder Brandmeldeanlagen absolviert.
• Du kennst dich im Aufbau und Betrieb der Haustechnik aus, bewältigst auch komplexe Aufgaben und überzeugst mit deinem Organisationstalent.
• Zudem bist du ein Teamplayer und übernimmst gerne Verantwortung.
• Gute Kenntnisse in MS Office, verhandlungssichere Deutschkenntnisse sowie gute Englischkenntnisse in Wort und Schrift runden dein Profil ab.
