Eppendorf products are used in academic and commercial research laboratories, e.g., in companies from the pharmaceutical and biotechnological as well as the chemical and food industries.

Working at Eppendorf means being part of a community of more than 5,000 scientists, engineers as well as specialists from many other disciplines across more than 30 countries. All of us are committed to one mission: Being the expert partner and advisor of choice for life sciences laboratories around the world - with our premium products, our services, and our reliability.

Aufgaben

In this role, you drive bioprocess channel and direct sales across EMEA and act as a key interface between partners, customers and internal stakeholders.

  • You shape and execute EMEA go-to-market and sales strategies for both direct and channel business, including pipeline building, forecasting and performance management (CRM, MBR/QBR).

  • The full direct sales cycle - from identifying and qualifying leads, preparing proposals and conducting technical product demos (e.g. bioreactors, controllers, sensors) through to negotiation and closing - is part of your day-to-day responsibility.

  • Channel partners across EMEA are built, onboarded and managed by you, including contracts, targets, enablement activities and partner programs (pricing/discounts, deal registration).

  • Ongoing partner support is at the core of your work: technical and commercial trainings, co-selling, joint customer visits and support with quotations and tenders strengthen our joint market presence.

  • Technical sales support and applications consulting for upstream bioprocessing (e.g. aeration/agitators, pH/DO control, PAT, scale-up) in cell culture and microbial fermentation are provided in close collaboration with internal experts.

  • At international trade shows, conferences and industry events, you represent the company with technical presentations, posters and live demos - including systematic lead follow-up afterwards.

  • Complex quotations, proposals and tenders - including technical specifications, compliance aspects and contract negotiations - are managed by you in alignment with Legal and Finance, while you also develop and grow key accounts via strategic account plans and cross-/upselling initiatives, feeding market and customer insights into Product Management and Marketing.

Profil
  • Bachelor's degree in life sciences or a related field and at least 3 years of relevant experience in bioprocess or technical sales.
  • Hands‑on laboratory experience with bioreactors in cell culture and/or fermentation; exposure to Cell & Gene Therapy applications is a strong plus.

  • Proven track record in working with and through distributors or channel partners, ideally across multiple EMEA countries.

  • Confident user of Microsoft Office and CRM solutions (e.g. MS Dynamics) to manage pipelines, forecasts and account activities.

  • Strong interpersonal skills and the ability to build and maintain effective internal and external networks and stakeholder relationships.

  • Excellent presentation and communication skills in English (written and spoken); additional languages, especially German, are an advantage.

  • Comfortable with change: you bring a continuous‑improvement mindset, proactively drive business and share ideas that help the team move forward.
