Join us as our ORBIS Pilot & Rollout Manager (m/w/d) at Dedalus, one of the World's leading healthcare technology companies, in Trier or Vienna to do the best work of your career and make a profound impact in providing better care for a healthier planet


Aufgaben
  • You will oversee technical ORBIS installations with care and expertise — from preparation through successful commissioning to the required follow-up activities

  • In this role, you act as the central contact person for our update partners (customers)

  • You serve as an interface between our company and our update partners, representing their requirements equally

  • In coordination with the relevant departments, you will define the update steps for the installation of our ORBIS releases

  • You conduct regular coordination meetings with all update partners

  • To fulfill your responsibilities, you will work closely with management, project & release managers, sales, support, and development teams

  • You are willing to work outside of regular business hours — because sometimes our customers need your support exactly then

  • Customer orientation is part of your DNA: you think proactively, act solution-oriented, and always aim to find the best outcome for our customers

  • If problems occur during installation, you are on hand — analyzing, supporting, and finding pragmatic solutions


Profil
  • Completed vocational training or relevant professional experience in an IT environment or Bachelor's degree in (Medical) Informatics or Computer Engineering or studies in healthcare with an IT focus

  • 3+ years of experience in the rollout or operation of complex IT systems, ideally in healthcare IT or clinical environments (e.g., hospital information systems, radiology or laboratory systems)

  • Solid understanding of IT systems, software development lifecycles, and infrastructure projects

  • Excellent German skills (C1 level) and good English skills (at least B2 level), Knowledge of French is an advantage

  • Service-oriented, responsible, assertive, and communicative

  • High level of organizational and negotiation skills combined with initiative, commitment, and the ability to work independently within a team

  • Strong analytical abilities and a structured, goal-oriented approach to tasks
