We are looking for an intern (m/f/d) for our modern and innovative location.

The Global Sustainability (GS) team is the key driver of our Group-wide efforts to address societal challenges and opportunities as well as to integrate sustainable business practices into the Allianz Group's value creation.

You will be part of the GS team, which is responsible for the Corporate Citizenship (CC) strategy, our global community engagement programs, corporate volunteering and best-practice-exchange with the local CC leads network. Throughout the internship, you will have a chance to lead projects, plan and execute events and create communication pieces for internal and external channels, interact with Non-Governmental Organizations around the world and work together with Allianz offices and Foundations on international level.

What you will do as Intern in Global Sustainability - Social Impact (m/f/d)

• Assist the roll out of Global CC Strategy in Allianz entities worldwide
• Perform data analysis and further research within the Social Impact field to support decision-making and strategic planning
• Co-design process automation solutions to streamline operations and meet requirements such as with donations management.
• Support the implementation and monitoring of CC governance processes & tools to ensure compliance and effectiveness globally. Assist Allianz entities in understanding developed tools & processes
• Assist with the impact funding process by Allianz in collaboration with multiple stakeholders
• Support creation and execution of workshops, communications, trainings, presentation to enhance knowledge of Allianz entities around the world
• Collaborate with team on daily operational tasks

What you bring as Global Sustainability - Social Impact (m/f/d)

• Currently enrolled in a Bachelors / Masters program residing in Germany and with valid matriculation during the full duration of the internship
• Excellent communication skills in English. German and other languages are a plus
• Advanced knowledge of MS Office (Excel, Power Point, Word, Outlook)
• Proficiency in using other MS Office applications such as MS Forms, SharePoint, PowerBI and database management tools. Knowledge of Canva or editing softwares a plus.
• Prior experience or interest in the field of sustainability, corporate social responsibility is a plus
• Openness to creative and innovative solutions, as well as a passion for working with forward-thinking technologies such as artificial intelligence or internal ChatGPT.
